Nose : Rich and heavy, dark fruits with orange peel and background creaminess.

Palate : Lots of golden syrup along with some bitter chocolate and dark cherries in syrup.

Finish : Dried fruits, raisins, orange peel and also some caramel shortbread with hints of marzipan.

Matured in a single Sherry Butt        Cask Strength : 54.7%

Nose : Oily, fresh root ginger and nutmeg.

Palate : Well balanced with subtle sherry notes. A touch of spice and juicy clementines.

Finish : Subtle spices continue - mace and ginger. Thick golden syrup and creamy citrus fruits.

Nose : Soft ash, melted white chocolate, salty maritime notes.

Palate : Slight smoke followed by cured meat and banana loaf.

Finish : Thick smoke gradually builds. Black pepper and seaweed.
