Glen Moray Centenary Limited Edition Finished In Port Wood Cask

Glen Moray is a classic Speyside single malt whisky that has been distilled in the The Royal Burgh of Elgin since 1987.

To Celebrate it's 100th anniversary, the distillery has produced a special limited edition. Four cask of carefully selected Glen Moray - One each from the vintage year of 1976 - 1979 -  were left to mature in Ex-bourbon oak casks until 1987. When they were then transferred to port wood from the Douro valley in Portugal. 

The result is a smooth, well-rounded malt of outstanding taste and value, further distinguished by a rich ruby "blush" taken from the port wine. 

All which makes the centenary edition a very special gift for the whisky enthusiast.
