Glenfiddich 29Yo Grand Yozakura Malt Whisky

 

Glenfiddich 29 Year Old Grand Yozakura is a special-edition single malt whisky from the Glenfiddich Distillery in Speyside. This special-edition bottling celebrates the Japanese cherry blossom blooming and was matured in Japanese Awamori casks - the first single malt whisky ever to be so matured. The bottle is presented with an engraved stopper topped with a cloth on which a poem is written. Awamori is a mature rice spirit native to the Japanese island of Okinawa and here imparts a distinctive floral character which complements this extra-aged malt`s ripe fruit, toffee and oak spice aromas.
